Hurricanes Finish Second in East in 2023

The Carolina Hurricanes have released their full 2023-24 NHL regular season schedule, and it's sure to be an exciting one for fans of the team. The Canes are coming off a successful 2023 season, in which they finished second in the Eastern Metropolitan Division with a record of 52-23-7.

The Hurricanes will open their season at home against the New York Islanders on October 12th. They will then embark on a three-game road trip before returning home to face the New York Rangers on October 20th. The Canes will also have a five-game homestand in December, which will include games against the Boston Bruins, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Pittsburgh Penguins.

The Hurricanes will finish their season with a three-game road trip to Western Canada in April. They will face the Vancouver Canucks, Edmonton Oilers, and Calgary Flames on that trip. The Canes will wrap up their season at home against the Detroit Red Wings on April 12th.
